You have been an incredible work family for me and you made this feel like my work home. If I wasn’t transferring locations, there is NO other place I would rather be in Lexington than at Premier. Your amazing downtown location, amenities, attentiveness to my professional needs were exceptional in every way. Best of all were the great people I got to work beside were so thoughtful and welcoming. PEC is top shelf!

Premier is really the only office of its kind in Lexington. Being Downtown is a huge asset for my company. The rates are affordable, the staff is very professional, and the space just works great for me. It’s so easy to get your office up and running, and I enjoy working in an environment with other businesses – sometimes you lose that “water cooler” feeling when you are a small business.

We have had our offices at Premier for almost three years. We love not having to worry about the maintenance of an office – no utilities to worry about or upkeep to track. The staff is always friendly and the location can’t be beat!
